Marketing Newsletter Automation

I am the sole designer on the team for this project. The initiation of the project was due to the need to communicate, introduce and guide new sign up customers across their customer journey from the moment they join our newsletter list.

We wanted to come up with a way to introduce our range of products to potential customers and eventually assist them in booking an appointment with our product specialist or making a decision to purchase online. The series of newsletters were set up and automated using Zoho Campaign software.

Throughout this project, I collaborated with founders, engineers, and other key stakeholders to successfully complete the designs. All designs are approached with care to ensure they are properly displayed on mobile and desktop interfaces.
